Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All products sold on fscale.store are digital products(e.g., blueprints, guides, and downloadable content). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns after access has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund once the digital product has been made available to you.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or resolution in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: You were charged but never received access to the product. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Technical issue: A verified technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the product.

EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, by proceeding with the purchase and confirming you wish to receive immediate access, you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as permitted for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
